    Vineyard : 40-year-old vines. Clay and limestone. East-south-east exposure. Vatted for 12 to 14 days, aged in oak barrels. Very few new barrels. Bottled after 15 to 18 months.
    In its youth this wine, from the deep soils of Chassagne, offers aromas marked by leather and undergrowth. A very powerful wine that merits ageing in bottle to be a perfect accompaniment for a powerful dish.
