    Vineyard : 60-year-old vines. Clay and limestone. East-south-east exposure.
    Pneumatic pressing, aged on lees in oak barrels. 50% new barrels. Bottled after 15 to 18 months. Only two barrels are produced every year, including one in a new oak barrel.
    The complexity and elegance of this vintage also withstand a slightly longer ageing.
