    Vineyard : 25-year-old vines. Clay and limestone, very rocky. South-south-east exposure.
    Pneumatic pressing, aged on lees in oak barrels. 25% new barrels. Bottled after 9 to 12 months.
    The richness of this wine's aromas is enhanced by the mineral characteristic from a terroir rich in rocks.
