    Location : Saint-Aubin. Hills located south-east of the village.
    Vineyard : Several plots of 30 to 60 years. Clay and limestone, south-south-east exposure.
    Vatted for 10 days, aged in oak barrels. Very few new barrels. Bottled after 15 to 18 months.
    A supple, fruity and easy-to-access wine to accompany roast meat or cream cheese.
