Vineyard :several plots of 40 to 60 years. Clay and limestone, south-west and south-east exposure.
Vatted for 10 to 12 days, aged in oak barrels. Very few new barrels. Bottled after 15 to 18 months. This wine comes from a blend of several small plots located in Saint-Aubin that bear the Premier Cru appellation.
It combines the strengths of various terroirs. The crisp fruit aspect rubs elbows with the animal-leather aspect in a very distinctive harmony.
Perfect with meat in sauce.
