    Location :Saint-Aubin. Plateau above Chevalier Montrachet de Puligny.
    Vineyard : 25-year-old vines. Clay and limestone, very rocky. East-south-east exposure.
    Pneumatic pressing, aged on lees in oak barrels. 30% new barrels. Bottled after 9 to 12 months. A few metres from the famous Chevalier Montrachet, this vintage is its rival in finesse and elegance.
    It is often said that the roots of the Dent de Chien vines rub elbows with those of the great Puligny vintages. An exceptional vintage.
